Location: Beautiful Bell Acqua Lake 1, Rio Linda, CA, See directions on next page. Registration: Please submit your registration (with all AWSA numbers) by midnight on Wednesday April 1st, 2009. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Registration on Saturday will be at 6:30 A.M. on the dock for all A and B skiers. You must have proof of AWSA membership, an AWSA waiver, a lake waiver, and UCD school waiver for each individual skier. All waivers must be turned in and signed by Saturday morning for a skier to compete. I have attached the lake waiver and the school waiver if you would like to do this before Saturday. The team fee is $25 and skier fees are $20, please bring a check or cash to registration Saturday morning. Accommodations: Sleeping accommodations will be provided by the ground around the lake. Please park all R.V.’s/trailers etc on the side of the lake opposite of the dock. Raffle: We will be selling raffle tickets all weekend with some really cool stuff on display at our concession stand, come by and check it out and buy lots of tickets, or just give us money for the hell of it. Site Rules: No glass containers of any sort are allowed on site. No vehicles of any kind are allowed on the grass past the dock. On a more serious note, this is our last opportunity to have Spring Opener at Bell Acqua if we don’t try to keep the noise down. If we get one complaint we will have to find a new site for the future. Please help us out and try to keep the noise down if you’re walking back to your cars/R.V.’s/tents ect at night. Also, we will not be partying on the dock this year; instead the party will be a little bit further down the lake. Please keep the party in this area and stay off the dock at night. NO SMOKING around the lake, it’s very dry and will catch fire easily. Dinner: There will be pizza available for $5 Friday night. If you’re planning on eating Friday night please include with your registration how many skiers from your team will want pizza so we can buy the right amount. Dinner Saturday will be catered by Taqueria Guadalajara’s. Burritos will be $5 and will be made to order on site. Beverages will be available both Friday and Saturday for $5. Saturday Social Gathering: The theme for Saturday night is GLOBAL WARMING! This is easier than you think to dress up as, here are some ideas to get you going: dirty rich oil tycoon, baby seal, homeless polar bear, melting iceberg, and variation of Eskimo, excuse me, inuit. You get the idea.
